Accreditation and Certification Bodies

	Aegis Verity	A forward-looking accredited certification body using a unique measurement tool for the assessment and reporting of system compliance to ISO9001 and other standards.

	BSI	The publisher of UK Standards & supplier of EN, ISO and most other international standards. BSI also offers accredited certification and training courses.

	NQA	One of the UK's major accredited certification and training organisations with a wide range of industry competence.

	ISOQAR	A UK based accredited Certification Body offering "approachable" lower-cost certification services, aimed primarily at the Smaller Business. Also offers training in auditing and standards awareness.
	UKAS	The United Kingdom Accreditation Service is the sole national accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services. Accreditation by UKAS demonstrates the competence, impartiality and performance capability of these evaluators.

	ASCB(E)	Everyone wishes they had a kindly uncle looking after their interests. That's what accreditation does. It provides the support and advice you need when you sometimes don't realise you need it. It is someone, often in the back-ground, that you can rely on for plain common-sense, no-nonsense advice, guidance and support. Accreditation by an independent authority means that when you choose a certification body to review your activities you are choosing someone who has been reviewed against defined standards. You will know that they have their own documented operating system and procedures for looking after your interests.
