Qualit2000was started in March 1999 by David Mills and his wife Roz. This followed a successful career with British Standards Institution, first as Assessor, and after a series of promotions, as Operations Manager responsible for the delivery of Assessment Services by the West Yorkshire team of Client Managers.
He has undertaken assessments in many countries around the world including: France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Philipines, South Korea and Hong Kong.
Starting as a Chemicals Sector assessor, other industry sectors were also covered either by existing experience from past employment, or through training by BSI. These additional sectors can be viewed by clicking the Sectors link.
This experience, coupled with his previous position as Quality Manager for the National Distribution Centre of the UK's largest electric cable manufacturer gives him a unique insight into both sides of the auditing experience.
